The DMT Knife Sharpening Guide can be used with any type of bench stone to provide a consistent bevel angle. Keeping a consistent bevel angle is absolutely critical if you re trying to achieve a truly sharp knife edge. To use this sharpening guide, just clamp the knife and fine-tune the bevel angle adjusters to the proper angle.
