• 204 Plastic roof cement is a premium trowel grade sealant used for dry surfaces.
• Applies well on dry surfaces.
• Achieves a tough long lasting flexible film in all weather.
• Spreads easily and is heavy bodied.
• Repairs holes cracks, splits on asphalt coated composition and metal roofs.
• Seals around chimneys vents skylights flashings as well as tabs of asphalt shingles.
• Meets or exceeds all requirements of ASTM specification D4586 type I.

Heavy-duty repair on dry surfaces. Seal and patch leaks in asphalt, metal, masonry, or composition roofs. Blend of asphalt and inert mineral fibers. Smooth and easy spreading. Also used around chimneys, vents, flashings, gutters, and other roof protrusions. For best results over splits, breaks, angles and metal edges, reinforce with Glass Fabric. Surface must be dry. Meets ASTM D2822-75 Type I.
