Unless you ride a very traditional bicycle, your front fork contains oil. And you may replace the oil on occasion. Motul is a manufacturer for lovers of quality products. In standard forks you can easily mix products (light, medium, medium/heavy and heavy damping) to create a perfect damping. Always use the amount specified by the manufacturer.
