Dries to the touch in 30 minutes and covers up to 100 sq ft. Non-yellowing bright white flat finish looks great when left uncoated over dingy water-stained ceilings. Blocks tough stains with no offensive odor. Provides excellent adhesion to glossy surfaces without sanding or de-glossing. Compatible with oil or latex topcoats.
