This product is specially formulated with aluminum-oxide grain, which helps reduce surface friction of different materials such as table saws, lathes, mitersaws, drill presses, bandsaws, panel saws and even hand tools. Compared to the traditional paste wax used for this purpose, Bostik TopCote is 30 percent slicker and easier to apply. It has also been tested to last up to three times longer. This formulation does not contain petroleum oil or silicone. It also will not stain wood or interfere with finishes and glues.
