• Damp-proof exterior foundations and walls.
• Protects roofing materials, metal and masonry.
• Base coat for cool roof reflective coatings.
• Seals pots, planters, fence posts and gutters.
• Drying usually occurs in 6 to 24 hours in hot and dry weather conditions.
• Drying will be slower, 2 to 7 days, in cool damp weather.
• Coverage is approximately 3 to 4 gallons per 100 square feet.
