Ives side fastener window locks can help hold a double-hung window sash firmly in place and reduce rattles. The lock will attach to the face of the sash with screws. Moving the lever down will push the compression plate against the window frame, keeping the sash from moving. The lock is made of aluminum and has a polished brass finish. May be used singularly for small windows or in pairs for large windows. Cam action eliminates rattles and holds window firmly in desired position. Made from aluminum.
