Treatment meets AWPA (American Wood Protection Association) standards and is building code compliant (IRC and IBC). For optimal performance, allow treated wood to dry thoroughly before applying a stain, paint or sealant coating. Hot-dipped galvanized or stainless-steel fasteners and fittings are recommended, and not suitable for direct contact with aluminum products.
