Treatment meets AWPA (American Wood Protection Association) standards and is building code compliant (IRC and IBC). For optimal performance of paint and stain coatings, allow treated wood to dry prior to application. Hot-dipped galvanized or stainless-steel fasteners and fittings are recommended.
