New, old, or pressure treated wood becomes water repellent, provides UV and mildew protection, and resists warping and swelling caused by changes in weather. Stain, Seals, & Protects in one easy step. Will not crack, chip, or peel. For best results flood surface and allow to penetrate for 30 minutes. Reapply, allowing an additional 15 minutes of penetration.
